Application Advisory Planner version 1.1 released 

Hi everyone,  

The latest version 1.1 of Advisory Planner is now available in the Apple App Store for Mac and iPhone. I warmly invite you to give it a try and discover some valuable lessons that can help you become more confident in using more professional and strategic tools.

The idea and its implementation are rooted in my years of experience in business consulting, where I have learned to navigate ad hoc changes and emergency strategies, deliver results reliably and on time, provide clear leadership to teams, and bring smart structure to complex processes.

Preparations can be created manually or with AI assistance. I deliberately chose not to lock their latest completion dates, because reality rarely follows the original plan.

For me, the learning effect is the most important part of the entire concept. People who have little experience with professional planning can learn to become better at it through the use of this tool and apply the underlying principles to other strategic tasks.

In the age of AI, many of the fundamental principles of organization and leadership will remain relevant. However, organizational learning needs to find new ways to reduce complexity and support employees in their daily work.

Many established insights will be reaffirmed, while proven approaches will find new applications. I believe that we are entering a period in which we need to combine tried-and-tested methods with the new possibilities of AI in a thoughtful and meaningful way.
